Measurement of the radiation dose distribution in EAST hall based on thermoluminescence dosimeter

•TLDs are used for dose monitoring of tokamak device during deuterium plasma discharge.•The spatial distribution of the relative intensity of radiation dose in the EAST hall is obtained.•The variation trend of radiation dose with radial distance is obtained.•There is a certain correlation between the gamma-ray dose and neutron dose.•The monitoring results provide good data support for the establishment of the database of nuclear fusion radiation dose.
