The invention relates to a chemical-plant combined repairing method of polychlorinated biphenyl and acid compound polluted soil, comprising the following two continuous steps of: firstly adding lime in the polluted soil for chemical repairing, fully ploughing and uniformly mixing the lime-added soil and irrigating a clean water source; wherein the repairing time is 1 month; and when the pH of the soil rise to above 5.0, carrying out biological repairing on the polluted soil for 1 year by planting medicago satival. By using the method, the removal rate of PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) in the strong-acidity soil (the pH is less than 5.0) reaches above 80%.
