The invention discloses a method for separating and detecting Salmonella based on an integrated nanochannel electrode. Gold layers are sprayed on the both ends of an anodized aluminum nanochannel, apart of each gold layer is used as an electrode, the other part of eachgold layer is used as a conductive part, eachconductive part wraps an insulator, the conductive parts of the gold layers at the both ends are led out and connected by wires to an external power source to form an integrated nanochannel electrode; the gold layers act as theelectrodes to reflect the electrochemical performance, and the nanochannel itself acts as a nanoscale filter to construct a system that integrates separation and detection; the complex of magnetic nanoparticles and antibodies retains on the surface of the integrated nanochannel electrode after capturing the bacteria in the sample. The invention provides a quick and simple method for separating and detecting Salmonella based on the integrated nanochannelelectrode, brings new ideas for the research of nanochannels and provides a new way for the field of separation and detection to further protect food and environment safety.
