Frontier Problems and Future Prospects of Informal Organization Research

Aiming at the problem that the research of the China academia on the informal organizations has lagged behind, through the systematic comparison of the relative literatures of the researches on the informal organizations in China and western countries, from the four aspects of the nature of the informal organization, the laws of the internal operations and evolution, the localization research and the explicit management, the author of this article discusses the theoretical frontier problems of the informal organization research. Then from the three aspects of the basic research framework, the localization and the research methods, the author forecasts how to deepen the study of the informal organization, to provide an important reference for promoting the further researches of the domestic academic circles.
