Exploration of Outstanding Engineer Training Plan for Software Talents

Talents training Model in higher education is important to improve education quality and creative talents training. As one of first schools for implementing outstanding engineer training plan of Ministry of Education, Nanchang University has proposed an outstanding engineer software talents training model "3 +1". For exploring long-term mechanism on training software talents with enterprise, Neusoft experimental class has been established to implement the reform of software talents engineering education in Nanchang University.
