Research on the Development Strategy of OFO Bicycle Based on SWOT Analysis

On the background of promoting low-carbon life, formulating correct development strategy is of great significance for sharing bicycle enterprises with the rapid development of sharing economy. This paper studies the development strategy of ofo bicycle, combined with its operating status, in which their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are analyzed specifically through the SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions which provide a reference for its healthy development.
