摘要
Organic transistors are promising candidates for various biosensing applications owing to their flexibility, biocompatibility, and large-scale processability. Until now, the construction of state-of-the-art biosensors based on organic transistors, which relies on the fine-tuned interaction between active layers and target analytes, is highly desired but remains challenging. Herein, the key strategies for constructing sensitive and selective biosensors based on organic transistors via device engineering are summarized. Recent achievements, including the molecular design of organic semiconductors, bio-receptors assembly through the molecular immobilization, and strategies for overcoming the Debye screening effect, are discussed in a focused manner.
