Super-porous semi-interpenetrating polymeric composite prepared in straw for micro solid phase extraction of antibiotics from honey, urine and wastewater

•Superporous polypyrrole prepared via cryogel-semi interpenetrating polymer network.•The cryogel-based network was adaptable to micro-solid phase extraction.•Antibiotic traces are extracted from honey and water by superporous polypyrrole.•The setup proved to be versatile and efficient for real-life samples analysis.
