摘要

•UPLC-MS/MS method was first applied to determinate TPN171 in human plasma.•Simple pretreatment by using acetonitrile for plasma samples.•TPN171 was determined with 3.5 min run time and 1 ng/mL lower limit of quantification.•Deuterated isotope internal standard was applied to get a high stability.•It was fully validated in terms of accuracy, precision, especially in stability.
