The method comprises: collecting social comment data within a plurality ofhistorical time periods; and extracting product features of preset products from the social comment data within the plurality of historical time periods; according to the social comment data corresponding to each historical time period, determining the degree of attention of the user for each product feature within the time period; for each piece of comment data corresponding to each historical time period, determining sentiment values for each product feature in the comment data within the historical time period, and aggregating the number of positive sentiment values and the number of negative sentiment values for each product feature in the comment data corresponding to the historical time period; and analyzing the user demand changing trend. According to the technical scheme of the present invention, the demand trend is analyzed based on user-published comment data on a social platform, and without a lot of energy and time, the technical scheme of the present invention can adapt to the rapidly changing user demand.
