Aims: Left bundle branch block (LBBB) is usually associated with structural myocardial diseases progressively leading to left ventricular (LV) dysfunction. We sought to determine the mechanical implications of LBBB (as defined based on Strauss' criteria) by Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR).
