Analysis of Nursing Effect of Intracranial Hypertension on Patients Undergoing Microscopical Clipping of Intracranial Aneurysm

To explore the nursing effect of intracranial hypertension nursing on patients with intracranial aneurysm clipping under microscope, and to formulate and analyze the nursing intervention methods. From June 2017 to June 2019, 120 patients who underwent microscopical clipping of intracranial aneurysms in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the sequence of admission, they were divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing; the observation group received nursing intervention of intracranial pressure increase. According to the monitoring of intracranial pressure (ICP), the ICP before and after nursing was measured. The bleeding, complications, cerebral vasospasm and other indexes were observed during operation. The prognosis of the two groups was evaluated by Glasgow prognosis scale (GOS). ICP monitoring was used to evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups. Before the nursing intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05); after the nursing intervention, the ICP level of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the nursing intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the intraoperative hemorrhage, complications, cerebral vasospasm and other indicators of the observer were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the excellent prognosis rate of the observation group was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), which can be used to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention. The nursing intervention of intracranial hypertension on patients undergoing microscopically clipping intracranial aneurysms can effectively promote the recovery of intracranial hypertension, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the prognosis of patients.
