摘要
Objective: To explore characteristics of peripheral alpha-syn oligomer in Parkinson and its relevance with clinical symptoms. Methods: 132 cases with Parkinson admitted into the Neural internal Department from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the experimental group, while 129 healthy volunteers in the Senile Geriatrics Department were selected as the control group. Illness in the experimental group was evaluated using the Hoehn-Yahr method, NMSQuest scale, UPDRSIII scale and MMSE scale methods. Peripheral plasma, a-syn oligomer and its relevance with clinical symptoms of patients in the experimental group were analyzed by adopting blood in the peripheral blood at a fasting state in the two groups before treatment. Results: alpha-syn oligomer of peripheral plasma and blood cells in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, alpha-syn oligomer of peripheral red cells in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of peripheral plasma (P<0.05); Hoehn-Yahr staging, NMSQuest and UPDRSIII scale scoring had positive correlations with PD patients in the experimental group (r=0.41, P<0.05; r=039, P<0.05), and had negative correlations with MMSE scale scoring (r= -037, P<0.05); a comparison between peripheral red cells and alpha-syn oligomer in plasma in different Hoehn-Yahr staging in the experimental group had no obvious differences (P>0 .05); while NMSQuest, UPDRSHI and MMSE scale scoring of PD patients in the experimental group had no correlations with alpha-syn oligomer in peripheral red cells and plasma (P>0.05). Conclusion: alpha-syn oligomer in peripheral plasma and red cells in PD patients were significantly higher than the normal level, and that in peripheral red cells higher than that of plasma, alpha-syn oligomer in peripheral blood in PD patients had no obvious correlations with its clinical symptoms.
