摘要
The effect of transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion guided by echocardiography on myocardial remodeling and platelet activation in patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) has been explored. Seventy patients with CHD admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of digital random table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with percutaneous interventional occlusion, while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion. The success rates of the two groups were analyzed and the myocardial remodeling and platelet activation were compared between the two groups. The success rate of operation was 9429% (33/35) in the control group and 97.14% (34/35) in the observation group. The success rate of operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the failure rate was lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the indexes of RA, LV, RV, LA, LV and RV of ASD and VSD before operation between the two groups (P>0.05). There was significant difference benveen the two groups 3 months after operation (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in platelet activation indexes such ash-TG and PF4 between ASD and VSD before operation (P>0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups at 1 week after operation (P>0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups at 1 week after operation (P>0.05). Under the guidance of echocardiography, minimally invasive transthoracic occlusion for CHD has a high success rate. It can promote myocardial remodeling and control platelet activation, which is worthy of popularization and application.
