Folate Receptor Alpha (FRA) is a membrane protein expressed on the apical surface of epithelial cells. Its expression in increased in certain tumors, where it can serve as a target for therapy. Triple Negative Breast Carcinoma (TNBC) are a heterogeneous group of tumors, with limited therapy options and poor prognosis.
