RESULTS● Patient characteristics are shown in Table 2.-pCR was achieved in 51 patients (31.7%).-100 tumors (62.1%) were HR deficient, including 34 (21.9%) with a deleterious mutation in BRCA1/2.-4 (2.5%) patients had an iTIL density≥ 20%, and 64 (39.8%) had a sTIL density≥ 20%.● iTIL and sTIL densities in decile form were not statistically different according to:-HR deficient versus non-deficient status-tBRCA mutated versus wild-type status-HRD high versus low scores● HRD status was statistically significantly associated with an improved odds of pCR and RCB 0/1 in univariate and multivariate analysis (Table 4, Table 5).● sTIL density was statistically significantly associated with an improved odds of RCB 0/1, but not pCR (Table 4, Table 5).
