摘要

Eighty patients underwent esophagectomy and 25 patients underwent the supercharged for cervical anastomosis after esophagectomy (SAFE) procedure. An improvement of 26.5% and 34.6% occurred after vein and arterial and vein microanastomosis, respectively. The SAFE group had no leakage, less stenosis, and a longer operative time.
