摘要

•Cutting copper fiber oriented sintered heat sinks (CCFOSHS) are fabricated.•The heat transfer performance and flow characteristics of CCFOSHSs with different conditions are investigated.•CCFOSHS with 80% porosity and 195.12 μm equivalent fiber diameter shows better temperature uniformity.•CCFOSHS has preferable comprehensive heat transfer performances.
