From the interaction of sulfated 1-(decadecyl-1, 2, 3-triazoyle)-1-deoxymaltoheptaoside with a liposome, the long-chain alkyl group in sulfated alkyl oligosaccharides was interacted by the penetration into lipid bilayer of HIV and sulfated oligosaccharide moiety was electrostatically interacted with HIV surface glycoprotein gp120 to enhance the anti-HIV activity.
