Flying machine arena

The Flying Machine Arena (FMA) is an experimental platform for research in aerial robotics and autonomous control. Equipped with a state-of-the-art motion capture system, this 10 x 10 x 10 meter airspace can track up to 50 vehicles at a rate of 370 frames per second with millimeter accuracy. In this talk we will discuss various research projects in the FMA, such as high performance maneuvers, learning and adaptation, and synchronized motion.
