Isoflavone Glycosides from Root Bark of Maackia amurensis

Seven isoflavonoids including five new glycosides were isolated from root bark of Maackia amurensis. Their structures were established as daidzin 4 ' -O-gentiobioside, 7-O-gentiobiosyldaidzein 4 ' -O- β -Dglucopyranoside, 7-O-gentiobiosylgenistein 4 ' -O- β -D-glucopyranoside, 3 ' -methoxydaidzein 7-O-gentiobioside, and calycosin 7-O-gentiobioside. The isoflavonoids daidzin 4 ' -O- β -D-glucopyranoside and genistin were identified in roots of M. amurensis for the first time.
