Channel width optimized neural networks for liver and vessel segmentation in liver iron quantification

•Inclusion of multiple relaxometry images increases liver segmentation performance.•Liver segmentation on T2* Relaxometry is optimal with at least three echoes.•Liver Iron values agree well between manually and automatically segmented methods.
