摘要
MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY IS defined as the dispersion of values that is reasonably characterised by the measured quantity. As a standard of evaluating the accuracy and reliability of tested results, it is an important parameter that is associated with the measured values. Fibre content is an important index of sugarcane quality. The purpose of this study was to evaluate measured values of fibre content in the laboratory. According to JJF1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, the error of sugarcane fibre content test was analysed with 20 repeats and then we evaluated and combined the uncertainty of every component. The combined standard uncertainty, the expanded uncertainly and the confidence interval of the test results were 0.0423%, 0.0846% and (12.679±0.0846)% k=2, respectively. The evaluation of uncertainty could provide scientific support for the sugarcane quality test.
