Arm Trajectory Planning and Execution : The Problem of Coordinate Transformation

In this paper some of the theoretical and experimental approaches related to multijoint arm trajectory formation are discussed. The problems I have considered are (a) coordinate transformation underlying trajectory planning , (b) the approaches elaborated by computer scientists to execute movements in artificial multijoint systems, and (c) a biological perspective on the problem of computing torques with muscles.
