摘要

•None of the patients with nonsolid or part-solid NSCLCs had N1-N3 metastases.•FDG-PET has low sensitivity but high specificity for MLN metastases.•CT short axis of MLN > 20 mm was a better predictor of N2/N3 metastases than FDG-PET.•Further prospective evaluation of clinical Stage IA staging criteria is needed.
