Nutritional deficiency post esophageal and gastric cancer surgery: A quality improvement study.

•In our study, 39.13% of the patients had >15% weight loss at 3 years post esophageal and/or gastric cancer surgery.•Allied Health Professionals led clinics can provide safe and cost-effective screening for micronutrient deficiencies.•Appropriately correcting the micronutrient deficiencies can enable patients to have a better quality of life.
