摘要

Contorsbodyis an IgG-derived format which has both Fab arms tethered in close proximity to the carboxy-terminus of the CH3 domain of the Fc. Contorsbodiescan be produced by technologies applicable to regular antibodies. They have a very compact shape which favor dimerization of receptors and can elicit agonistic functionality.
