摘要

•DMY encapsulated zein nanoparticles (DZP) were fabricated and characterized.•DZP significantly improve the solubility, stability and adhesive property of DMY.•Five metabolites of DMY were identified in rat plasma.•The bioavailability of DMY was 1.95 times enhanced in rats through DZP.
