摘要

•The high-field magnetization behaviors of YbFe2O4 and TmFe2O4 are investigated.•An anomaly at TL ~ 53 K is observed in both impedance and dielectric spectroscopies of YbFe2O4.•The high-field phase diagrams of YbFe2O4 and TmFe2O4 are proposed.
