Effects of Supplementing with Fermented Mixed Feed on the Performance and Meat Quality in Finishing Pigs

•The FMF contains probiotics and low-molecular nutrients, such as trichloroacetic acid–soluble protein, lactic acid, and unsaturated fatty acid.•FMF supplementation improved the growth performance in finishing pigs.•Pigs fed FMF diets improved meat quality parameters, ω-6 and ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids proportions, and antioxidant ability of pigs.
