Ab initio phase diagram of WSe based on crystal structure prediction

The coordination number of W increases from 3 to 6, and then to 8 in the new WSe materials under high pressure. More interestingly, we constructed the phase diagram ofWSe, which can guide the synthesis of newWSe materials at specific high temperature and pressure conditions, and help to deepen the understanding of the physical properties of transition metal chalcogenides in future.
