摘要

•Self-assembled Ag nanoparticles are formed on ML TMDCs (Mo, W)(S, Se)2 surfaces by RTA process.•Enhanced Raman scattering of ML TMDCs (Mo, W)(S, Se)2 with Ag nanoparticles are achieved.•LSPR effect on the Raman scattering of hybrid Ag-TMDCs nanostructures is theoretically explored.
