Novel reactivation and degranulation of mast cells.

BMMCs were activated by IgE/Ag or C48/80 to degranulation. The degranulated BMMCs were reactivated without a time interval by IgE/Ag and C48/80. Degranulated BMMCs activated by IgE/Ag could not respond to same antigen independent of unoccupied FcεRI completely, but responded to C48/80. Degranulated BMMCs activated by C48/80 responded to either C48/80 or IgE/Ag dependent of unoccupied FcεRI. However, it is unclear whether the degranulated MCs could be reactivated by other stimuli.
