Unusual Case Presenting As Viral Induced Wheeze

A 3-year-old boy presented with a 48-hour history of severe wheeze and increased work of breathing. He had a background of mild wheeze and an antenatal history of pericardial fluid drained at 35 weeks’ gestation, without long-term follow-up.
