摘要

•Correlation between polymorphism of IL27 and STAT3 and tuberculosis was firstly explored in western Chinese Han Population.•C allele of IL27 rs17855750 might be a protective factor for reducing TB risk.•Polymorphism of STAT3 showed no significantly differences between the cases and healthy controls.
