摘要

•A hepatocyte-targeting ratiometric fluorescent probe (GCP) is synthesized for H2O2.•GCP displays high sensitivity to H2O2 with large emission shift (224 nm).•GCP has good selectivity to H2O2 over other potential biological analytes.•The probe is applied for monitoring H2O2 during DILI in HepG2 cells.•GCP can target the liver of zebrafish and is used for detecting H2O2 during DILI.
