Treatment and Pattern of Resolution of Antibody-Mediated Rejection with Hemodynamic Compromise Resistant to Standard Therapy after Heart Transplantation with a Positive Virtual Crossmatch

This pilot study shows this protocol may be an effective treatment of ST-R AMR with lasting effects many months post-HT. Initial improvement in DSA and cardiac function can be seen in weeks, but complete resolution of C4d staining may take additional weeks to months.
