摘要
Divergent opinions of experts, which is common in multiple criteria decision-making problems, may lead to uncertainty of decision results. This paper improves the gained and lost dominance score for modeling group uncertainty in subjective evaluations by making use of probability distributions. To do so, we present a function to capture the dominance flow of one alternative over another whose performances are measured by complex linguistic evaluations. By this function, the vague relations between alternatives, which are common in qualitative evaluations, can be reflected. In addition, taking the evaluations of experts as random variables, we capture the uncertainty in group by normal distributions. In this way, the final score of each alternative is estimated as an interval and the overlapping intervals indicate vague dominance relations between alternatives. A illustrative example about site selection of electric vehicle charging stations is provided to illustrate the proposed method and the method is then highlighted by comparing with other ranking methods.
