摘要

•Template-probe double imprinting can enhance the accessibility of the probe to catalytic interface.•H-GNs/filter paper can initiate the surface polymerization of MIPs•Anti-Tg antibodies and sample matrix did not affect the detection of Tg.•A simple, low-cost and sensitive paper-based sensor for the label-free colorimetric detection of Tg (660KD, protein) is developed for the first time.
