摘要
•Optically selective stack based on MoOx prepared by reactive sputtering.•Stack showed high absorptance of 0.969 and low emittance of 0.15.•The stack is stable up to 200 °C with no degradation in absorptance.•Al2O3 employed to improve oxidation resistance and thermal stability.
