摘要

Upfront definitive radiation therapy (RT) with selective neck irradiation (SNI) and reduced dose elective neck irradiation (RdENI) has long been our treatment strategy in treating oropharynx cancer (OPC) patients at authors’ institute. This study is to investigate impact of human papillomavirus (HPV) status to clinical outcomes along our strategy.
