A 45-year-old man with combined coronary artery disease, bicuspid aortic valve, ascending aortic aneurysm and coarctation of the descending thoracic aorta underwent a single operation consisting of total root replacement, ascending aorta reconstruction, ascending-descending aortic bypass grafts and coronary artery bypass grafting x2. Postoperative MRI demonstrated normal ventricular function and patent bypass grafts.
