摘要

•Proper P content can improve AFA, △T, and thermal stability of the alloys.•Proper P content is beneficial to form uniform and fine grains.•High µe about 19000, low Hc below 3 A/m and P10/50 around 0.12 W/kg were obtained.•The magnetic domain evolution consent with the changes of magnetic properties.
