Intelligent Design Platform for Large Aircraft Hydraulic System Based on AMESim and Python

The hydraulic system is one of the important components of the secondary energy system of large aircraft. It is of great significance in ensuring the safe flight of aircraft. The hydraulic system of the aircraft has many components and the hydraulic circuit is complicated. In order to obtain the best design solution more conveniently and quickly during the design of the hydraulic system, the method of optimizing the design of the large aircraft hydraulic system based on AMESim and Python is studied in this paper. The aircraft hydraulic system intelligent optimization algorithm developed by Python is used to optimize the AMESim model and analyze the AMESim simulation results. A friendly user interface also is developed based on Python to visualize the entire intelligent optimization design process. This method of co-simulation with AMESim and Python not only satisfies the research needs, but also improves the simulation efficiency.
