Quantifying skeletal muscle wasting during chemoradiotherapy with Jacobian calculations for the prediction of survival and toxicity in patients with gastric cancer.

The Jacobian calculations are novel tools for quantifying morphometric changes and the distribution of body composition. The new predictive model combining clinical variables and Jacobian features achieved high accuracy for predicting overall survival.
