摘要
•The number of lower-limb clinical patterns treated with incobotulinumtoxinA increased with dose at each cycle.•IncobotulinumtoxinA lower-limb treatment improved muscle tone after 4 weeks.•IncobotulinumtoxinA treatment for pes equinovarus improved ankle joint muscle tone.•Lower-limb treatment reduced lower-limb score on the resistance to passive movement scale.•At the end of 3 injection cycles, 42% of patients could walk independently.
