Flow diversion for internal carotid artery aneurysms: Impact of complex aneurysm features and overview of outcome.

•Complex features of ICA aneurysms may have a negative effect on the treatment results of flow diversion.•Major complications occur at previously reported rates, but minor ischaemic complications are seen more frequently.•Preprocedural cranial nerve dysfunctions improve only moderately and less often than previously reported.
