Another Analysis of a Synchronizing Stream Cipher Combining LFSR and FCSR

In 2002, a novel stream cipher constructed with Feedback with Carry Shift Register was presented. However, this stream cipher cannot resisted a chosen ciphertext attack. At FCS 2018, a modification with ring Feedback with Carry Shift Register is given by L. Dong et al. And they proved that the novel stream cipher had large period and large 2-adic complexity and could resist the known attacks. In this paper, another modification is presented by combine the Feedback with Carry Shift Register with cellular automata. The new stream cipher still has large period and large 2-adic complexity and still can resist the known attacks. The novel stream cipher can be implemented with low cost.
