摘要
•Using magnetic resonance venography and 2D flow quantification, we found abnormalities in the venous structures and blood flow to the brain of Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients.•Specifically, there was a high proportion of PD patients with abnormal left IJV structures, higher heart rates, and lower perfusion relative to the healthy controls.•These imaging indicators could serve as early biomarkers for PD and could create new avenues for future studies regarding the etiology of PD.
