摘要

•The study performed the transcriptomics analysis of two sexes of Gynaephora qinghaiensis pupae for the first time.•A total of 263 genes related to immune responses were differentially expressed in two sexual pupae of G. Qinghaiensis.•Most immune-related genes are highly expressed in female pupae.
